Montessori helps the child to develop their individual needs. The Teacher works with the children on a one to one level, this way the development needs of the children are met. The child learns to become independent and is equipped with life skills. At Ashgrove we have two Montessori Rooms. Our Montessori classes run from 9.15- 12,15 during school term time. In our Montessori classes we provide an introduction to structured learning in a calm child lead, non-threatening environment. We want your child to be confident , independent and develop emotionally and physically during their time with us .Our curriculum will provide your child with a solid foundation on which to build his or her primary education and ease transition from pre-school to their journey to Big School.
