About Us

Ashgrove Creche was established in 1995 by Andrea, who after working as a Montessori Teacher for 5 years decided to branch out with her own school.

Over the years we have expanded our Montessori School to include Full day care to children from 12 months and Afterschool.

We operate within a large bungalow and have just upgraded our Montessori room and Playground extensively. We have dedicated areas for each age group and stage of development.

For Andrea the Service is only as good as her team and she has excellent core of qualified, experienced, professional practitioners who have a genuine love of working with children.

Qualfied Teachers

Here at Ashgrove Creche all of our staff are exceptional and experienced educators. We all share a common vision and mission for excellence.

Community

We value all our children, families, and staff. We have clear and open communication between families, children, and staff on many different levels. This is vital to our crèche, and we welcome the opinions of all involved.

Events

Throughout the year in Ashgrove we hold several different events from Christmas plays to Graduation and Summer Garden Parties.

Practical Learning

At Ashgrove Creche all aspects of our service are guided by the principle of Siolta and Aistear. We follow the Montessori method in our crèche which develops the children’s independence on all levels.
